Latest Phishing Emails From Shopify

A few clients have reached out to let me know they have received various emails from: info.hippiechickdesign@gmail.com claiming that they need to renew their Shopify license through them/me. 

Obviously not my domain emial, this is why we do the DMARC. These scammers have been reaching out to my clients via the Shopify Partner's Page. They have targeted numerous other Shopify Partners, as well as me. 

I'm grateful that these clients reached out to let me know. They have been reported to Shopify Partners' legal team and Google.

If ever in doubt, please forward any strange emails that come from either me or Shopify. Always remember anything legit from Shopify will end in .myshopify.com  and to ALWAYS CHECK HEADERS. 

Imitation is the highest form of flattery... but not at anyone else's expense.
